Class Guidelines & Booking Policy
Health & Personal Responsibility
Participants confirm they are physically fit to take part in yoga practice and understand that yoga involves physical movement. It is your responsibility to inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or limitations before the class begins. Please practice within your own limits and rest whenever needed.
Liability
Yoga is undertaken at your own risk. The teacher is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after the class. Participation indicates acceptance of full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing.
Bookings & Cancellations
All onsite classes must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Arrival & Class Etiquette
Please arrive on time to allow the class to start smoothly. Late entry may not be permitted once the session has begun. Respect the space, the teacher, and fellow participants by keeping noise and disruptions to a minimum.
Participants are required to bring their own yoga mat unless otherwise stated. Mats are not provided.
Personal Belongings
Personal items are brought at your own risk. The teacher and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
Class Changes
Classes may be subject to change or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, advance notice will be provided, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.
