
Sunday Grounding Sessions, CAS Hall, Parsons Green
These weekly sessions offer a quiet space to slow down and reconnect with your body and breath. I keep classes small—no more than 10 people—so the practice feels calm, supported, and personal.
Classes flow through creative Vinyasa with moments of Mandala-inspired movement, balancing strength and ease. This open-level practice welcomes beginners and regular practitioners alike.
Please bring your own mat. Additional onsite sessions will be added over time.
